Miranda was referred to Spellcast by her organization's HR team following a pattern of escalating interpersonal conflict with her direct reports and peers. The presenting problem was a breakdown in team trust. The work that followed identified something more specific: a cluster of interpersonal patterns rooted in how Miranda responded to perceived criticism and uncertainty about her authority, patterns she had not been able to see clearly enough to interrupt.
By the close of the engagement, Miranda had developed a working awareness of her primary interpersonal triggers and a set of practised responses to replace her automatic reactions.
